A dealer, not a manufacturer.
We do not make windows. We select from two manufacturers' lines, we measure, and we install. Being clear about that is the first honest thing we can tell you.
Why the distinction matters
A manufacturer sells you what they make. A dealer can tell you when the cheaper line is the right answer for a north-facing basement window, and when it is not. We would rather be useful on that than pretend we invented the product.
It also means we do not put an origin claim on product we did not manufacture. Canada's origin rules are specific about who may say that, and plenty of companies in this trade are careless with it. We would rather say less and have all of it be true.
Oleg Savochka founded the business. Our crew is our own, not a rotating subcontractor pool, which is the only reason we can make promises about how an install actually runs.

Credentials, with the numbers.
Any Alberta business that takes payment before work is complete must hold a prepaid contracting licence. Licensees are bonded by the Government of Alberta and their directors are background-checked. Before you pay a deposit to anyone in this trade, ask to see their licence — and check it against the provincial register rather than taking a number on a quote at face value.

Scope
What we turn down.
A company that claims every job is a company that has not thought about any of them.
- Wood exterior doors. In this climate they need refinishing on a schedule most people do not keep.
- Commercial and high-rise glazing. Different trade, different certification, and we are not going to learn it on your building.
- Emergency board-up. Call a glazier — they will be faster and cheaper than we would be.
- Jobs where the right answer is a repair we cannot do. We will tell you who can.
