Privacy
What we collect, and what we do not.
The short version
This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies and no third-party requests. Nothing loads from another company's server. The only information we receive is what you deliberately send us.
What we collect
If you fill in the estimate form we receive three things: which kind of work you need, your phone number, and your email address. That is the whole form — we ask nothing else, and anything more comes up on the call if it is relevant.
If you call or email us, we have whatever you tell us and your number or address.
What we use it for
Contacting you about your enquiry, preparing a quote, and carrying out work you ask us to do. Nothing else.
Who handles it
The estimate form posts to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. It receives exactly what you typed — the kind of work, your phone number and your email address — and emails it to us. It is the only place that form goes, and it passes through them on the way to our inbox.
Otherwise: nobody, with two narrow exceptions. The manufacturer, where an order has to be placed for your specific product, and a finance provider, only if you ask us to arrange financing. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details, and we do not pass them to lead-generation companies.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they are commercially relevant and then deleted. Records relating to completed work are kept as long as the warranty runs and as long as Alberta record-keeping requirements apply.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it for a job we have carried out. Email info@helovs.ca or call (780) 257-9777.
Changes
If we add analytics or a customer-management system later, this page changes before that goes live, not after. That is enforced rather than promised: the paragraphs above are generated from the same configuration that decides whether any tracking loads at all, so they cannot disagree with what the site actually does.
