This site is not the contract
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. This site does not publish prices. Lead times, specifications and product descriptions here are indicative. The document that governs any work is the written quote we give you, and where the two differ, the quote wins.
Your cancellation rights
Alberta's Consumer Protection Act gives you the right to cancel a prepaid contracting agreement from signing until 10 days after you receive your copy of the contract, for any reason and without penalty. That right exists whatever this page or any quote says, and we print it on our quotes.
Accuracy
We take care with the code requirements, programme details and figures on this site, and we date the ones that change. They are still general information: building requirements turn on your specific house, and financing programmes change without notice. Confirm anything you are relying on with the City of Edmonton or the programme administrator.
Third-party programmes
We describe the Clean Energy Improvement Program and other financing accurately as at the date shown, but we do not administer them and cannot guarantee eligibility, availability or terms. Those decisions belong to the programme, not to us.
Manufacturer product
Helovs Corp is a dealer and installer, not a manufacturer. Product warranties are given by the manufacturer on their terms. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation, and both are set out in writing before you sign.
